MaxLight™ Liner

MaxLight^™ Liner is a uniquely manufactured synthetic fibre felt CIPP liner with a TPU coating specifically designed to maximise LED light-cure capabilities. Tube forming and seam bonding are achieved by an overlocking chain stitched seam with an extruded taped joint – creating a superior, high-performance, impermeable liner designed for sweeping bends up to 45° and very minimal stretch. Manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Ideal for LED light cure.

Max Felt Liner (PVC) — Drag-In | Eversion

Diameter Ranges From 3″ to 12″ | DN75 – DN300

Polyester fibre (felt) Liner with PVC coating custom sized for pipe rehabilitation manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. To accommodate the requirement for liners of varying thicknesses multilayer liners are employed using multiple polyester fibre rolls.

Thickness Range: 3mm – 6mm

Max FlexLiner™

Diameter Ranges From 4″ to 6″ | DN100 – DN150

Max FlexLiner^™ is a non-woven, needle-punched polyester fibre felt with a PVC coating. Tube forming and seam bonding are achieved through a specially designed stitched skived seam and extruded taped joint and/or an overlocking chain stitched sewn process — creating a superior, highperformance impermeable liner designed for sweeping bends and very minimal stretch.
