Mini Cleaner

For 1¼-3″ | DN32 – DN75 Pipes

The Picote Cleaner family features high-speed, high-torque machines for cleaning, descaling and removing roots in smaller pipes. Standard safety features include: flexible protective outer shaft casing making the cable safe to hold, shielded operator presence foot control, safety clutch, emergency stop switch.

Midi Cleaner

For 2″-6″ | DN50 – DN150 Pipes

The Midi Cleaner fits neatly between the Mini Miller and Super Midi Miller capabilities, with the strength of ⅜” | 10mm shaft but with thinner outer casing providing greater flexibility around bends. Fed by a standard wall outlet (in most cases) and weighing in at 144 lbs | 65 kg this is a great option for high-speed cleaning of 2″-6″ | DN50 – DN150 pipes.

Mini Miller

For 2″-6″ | DN50 – DN150 Pipes

The Picote Mini Miller is a high-speed, high torque machine for cleaning, descaling and removing roots in smaller pipes. Weighs 27 kg / 60 lbs, 500 to 2900 rpm, 1100W output. Lightweight aluminium frame. Standard safety features include: protective outer shaft casing making the cable safe to hold, shielded operator presence foot control, safety clutch, emergency stop switch.

Super Midi Miller

For 3-6″ | DN70 – DN150 Pipes

The Super Midi fits neatly between the Midi Cleaner and Maxi Miller capabilities, with the strength of ½” | 12mm shaft but with thinner outer casing providing greater flexibility around bends. Fed by a standard wall outlet (in most cases) and weighing in at 152 lbs | 69 kg this is a great option for high-speed cleaning of 3″-6″ | DN70 – DN150 pipes.

Maxi Miller 240

For 3″-10″ | DN50 – DN150 Pipes

The Maxi Miller 240 is a high-speed, high-torque powerhouse for cleaning, removing hard deposits or failed CIPP linings, lateral reinstatements and Picote Brush Coating™. Designed for tough challenges like heavy scale build-up and roots. Weighs 196 lbs | 89 kg, 500 to 1475 rpm, 1.13kW output. Lightweight aluminium frame. Perfect for longer runs and heavy-duty work.

ProLITE 6

Original, Tiger Drill, and Cyclone Chains

For 1¼”-3″ | DN32 – DN75 Pipes

The Tiger Drill Chain features an integrated Front Drill Head to push through blockages, roots and lightly collapsed liners.

The Cyclone Chains are a great option for finish cleaning because they accurately hone the pipe back to near original condition. The Cyclone Chains utilise centrifugal force to keep them centred inside the pipe which also provides extra protection for descaling cracked or damaged pipes.

For ⅓”-⅜” | 8 MM – 10 MM Shafts

Picote offers both nylon bristle and wire bristle cleaning brush options. Both are good for cleaning in plastic and fragile host pipes.

The nylon cleaning brushes are extremely gentle on the host pipe but are excellent at cleaning soft blockages due to the unique high-speed capability of Picote Millers. They are available for 1¼-12” | DN32 – DN300 pipes.

Wire cleaning brushes are available for 2-12” | DN50 – DN300 pipes, and are designed for removing fine dust or light mineral deposits.

Picote Grabbers eliminate the need for excavation. Retrieve lost items or foreign objects with ease and precision. Navigate 90° bends.

Tiger Twister Liner & Concrete Remover

Two tough jobs, one tougher tool. The Tiger Twister Liner and Concrete Remover is two times faster removing failed CIPP linings than the regular Twister Liner Remover. Also very efficient for concrete removal. A musthave for every toolbox.

Twister Concrete Remover

For efficient concrete, grout, slurry, and rock removal. Dual front brushes provide added stability while the heavy-duty Front Metal Panel with large carbides and specialised Front Drill Head deliver great results.

Twister Liner Remover

The Twister Liner Remover’s dual front brushes provide added stability, while the heavy-duty front panel with its large carbides and front drill head, make for efficient collapsed liner removal.

Maxi Power+ Concrete Removal

The Twister Concrete Remover+ for the Picote Maxi Power+ has dual front brushes for added stability, a heavy-duty front panel with large carbides, and a specialised Front Drill Head with star carbides, all of which combine for powerful concrete, grout, slurry, and rock removal. Follow up with the Smart Cutter+ and/or a Tornado or Premium Cyclone Chain to remove any residual concrete from the edges of the pipe.

Picote has a range of tools for reinstating lined connections and for cutting out roots and other obstructions in the pipe.

For 4″-6″ | DN100 – DN150 Pipes

Designed exclusively to work with the Picote Mini Miller +C HD, the Mini- Cutter combines precision, portability, and performance in one powerful package. This simple yet robust mechanical robot harnesses the high speed and torque of the Mini Miller +C HD to deliver exceptional cutting results. Perfect for CIPP reinstatements and concrete or failed liner removal, reaching distances up to 82 ft | 26m.
