CIPP Curing Monitoring System

VeriCure^® is a breakthrough technology developed to improve the CIPP curing process. Its ability to constantly monitor the temperature during the liner installation helps ensure a 360° cure throughout the length of the host pipe. Regardless of existing flow, VeriCure provides highly accurate and localised temperature data; helping ensure every inch of liner is properly cured.

VeriCure^® FlatTemp

VeriCure FlatTemp optical fibre cable features a rectangular profile and contains GFK elements and aramid fibres. FlatTemp is perfect for segments or pipe runs of 300m or more.

VeriCure^® RoundTemp

VeriCure RoundTemp cable is an armoured, ultra-bendable optical fibre and exhibits exceptional crush resistance and bending radius (macrobending) performance, making it well-suited for pipelines with multiple bends.

Available in spools: 100m, 150m, 180m, 210m, 240m

VeriCure^® Cleaning Kit

The VeriCure cleaning kit includes two cleaning pens that connect to cable ends to electrostatically remove dust from fibre and connectors, electric spray to clear blue and green adapters, located on the box, of dust and dirt, as well as alcohol wipes to clean and dry fibre adapters to improve connection.

VeriCure^® Default Locator

The VeriCure Default Locator includes a pin that has a 600-nanometer laser which precisely determines if there is a fibre break, faulty splice, or faulty connection.
